Stress and anxiety almost always make it difficult to remember everything you had. You will be expected by your insurance company to provide proof with details of everything you had lost.

An accurate up-to date list of inventory will save you days, if not weeks, of time, as well as heartache and stress during this difficult time.

Having an up-to-date inventory file of all your home contents will help you get your insurance claim settled faster, verify losses on your income tax return, and help you purchase the correct amount of homeowners insurance.



What we do





We will visit your home and will take complete inventory of all your belongings. We create a detailed report of all items and organize your receipts and provide photos, videos, estimated purchase cost, estimated market replacement value, and if needed, will prepare certificate of appraisals of all your valuable items such as Persian / Oriental rugs, Jewelry, artwork, designer clothes, handbags, and equipment/tool, etc.

We will provide you with digital and paper copies of all contents in an organized file for you to store electronically and/or in a safety deposit box. You will have it at your fingertips if and when you have to give to your insurance adjuster the details in order to expedite your claim.

If you would like, we will keep a duplicate digital file, and will update your list as you sell or purchase more valuable items.
